Returns
Your satisfaction is our top priority at The Cover Co. and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you don't love your order, don't hesitate to contact us at hicoverco@gmail.com within 45 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping fees), all items must be unused and in their original condition. We ask that you return the items in their original packaging to ensure their safe transit.
Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will be more than happy to replace it for you. Please send us an email at hicoverco@gmail.com with your order details and a description of the issue. Once we receive the defective or damaged item and verify the issue, we will process the replacement and ship it to you as soon as possible.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will send you an email approving or rejecting your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund. The refund amount will be credited back to your original method of payment or credit card. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your financial institution's policies.
Return Shipping
Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items. Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event that you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount. We kindly ask for your patience as the time for processing exchanges or refunds may vary.
To initiate a return, please mail your product to the following address: The Cover Co, 1398 W 2870 S Logan, UT 84321, United States. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

What size scriptures do the covers fit?
Our covers will fit any English LDS regular size scriptures - genuine or simulated leather. While our current collection caters to regular size editions, we hope to expand our offerings to include covers for large print editions in the future.
Can I add a personalization or name to the cover?
While we understand the desire for personalization, we do not currently offer options to add names or personalization.
Can I change my order?
We understand that sometimes you change your mind. If you need to revise your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hicoverco@gmail.com. If your order hasn't already shipped, we should be able to make the desired changes. If not, we can process a return and send an invoice for return shipping of unwanted items.
What if my order is incorrect?
First off, we are so sorry your order wasn't right. Please reach out to us at hicoverco@gmail.com with your order details and we will do everything we can to make it right.

Do you offer international shipping?
At this time we don't offer international shipping. We only ship within The United States.
